Awe-Inspiring Design

Sometimes Industrial Design is all about the art of entertainment. The function of your design might be entirely focused on bringing a smile to someone’s face. Remember not all entertainment is expensive, highbrow, or opulent… So why should your product?

Sometimes entertainment is just plain awe-inspiring.

Why not shoot for that?

I love this video by the creative geniuses, OK Go. Yesterday it had been watched by 300,000. Today it’s views are over a million.

Maybe awe-inspiring works.

    Snap Rob, this is CRAZY INCREDIBLE!! I’m still speechless as to how they got it going so precise for this long, but the creativity is just out of this world. Thanks for posting!!

    PS – dude your car sketches are so good it’s ridiculous; eye candy would not do, more like eye tiramisu cake or whatever. Just curious, did you get your training in CCS or Pasadena? And any book/dvd you’d reccomend to learn best possible sketching technique?
